The Beta Iota Active Chapter of the Kappa Alpha Order continually strives to lead their lives by the ideals of brotherhood and leadership set forth by their founding fathers. The chapter is in an exciting rebuilding phase and has a new executive council, enhanced philanthropic events, and stronger ties with other Greek organizations in the Springfield community.
In the spring of 2009 they formed a house improvement committee. With their chapter funds, they hope to make some great improvements such as:
• Installing a new Grand Room floor
• Replacing couches to create a more welcoming conversational area
• Installing a new dishwasher and refrigerator
They are in need of your help to complete their house updates and have set a goal of $10,000 for these improvements. The brothers of Beta Iota wish to have these new items installed before fall recruitment activities. Your gift will help ensure the continued legacy of the Kappa Alpha Order’s success at Drury.
