DESCRIPTION: Drury University is offering area educators an opportunity to increase their effectiveness with Notebook™ software training for SMART Board users at the Drury St. Robert campus at 9 a.m., Friday, November 13, 2009. For a $50 donation to the university, Drury alumni may attend the six-hour training. Non Drury alumni may make a $75 donation. Donations may be restricted to stay at the local campus or to be used by Drury, system wide.Download an application form.What to expect:�         The training will be led by a SMART Board Certified Trainer. �         By the end of the session you will be comfortable using the SMART Board interactive whiteboard and Notebook software. �         Attendees will receive a Notebook software workbook that includes reference material, step-by-step activities and review exercises. The workbook will also be used during the training session. �         Lunch will be provided. Requirements:�         All participants should have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows� or Macintosh operating systems and may want to bring a jump drive. Due to space restrictions, classes are limited to the first 24 registrants.
